Incredible Workmanship

Dear Frank,

I am writing this letter of recommendation in the form of a “thank you” letter to you personally. Please feel free to share this with prospective clients or others who might be interested in contracting with you.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to you for the incredible work you performed in our home. The kitchen, entryway, hall and bathroom floors are just beautiful! But even more impressive and stunning are the two bathrooms you transformed into gorgeous works of art!

As you know, we hadn’t planned on doing so much work in our home this year. We had split it into two waves; one this year and the other next year. But, after seeing the initial work on the entryway and kitchen floors, we just had to include both bathrooms and the laundry area. It completed the “puzzled.” Since we had no general contractor to coordinate all our improvements, we were at the mercy of finding and trusting independent contractors for the several disciplines (electrical, plumbing, baseboards, etc.). Your recommendations for these each turned out to be just the ticket. We are pleased with each of them and the work they performed.

We are especially grateful to you for your work ethic, your honesty and your consideration. Our schedule was very difficult for you to keep the continuity you are accustomed to. But we worked seamlessly in coordinating and calendaring the individual tasks. From the beginning, we felt we could trust you with our home. We gave you a key to come and and go as you needed, even while we were not there. Not for a moment did we feel apprehensive about giving you free access to our home.

Again, thank you for the incredible workmanship, your suggestions, and for your patience. We highly recommend you without hesitation or reservation, and welcome inquiries from potential clients.

Sincerely,

David Silva
