Thank you so much for installing my hand glazed and fired ceramic tile mural, “Heritage of the Moreno Valley, Dreams Deferred, Dreams Fulfilled” at the Moreno Valley Campus of RCC. The professional manner in which you leveled the uneven 8’x10’ cement walls, placed the tile and trim and applied the grant truly enhanced the beauty of my artwork. There is a true artistry to the way you handle the tile. It has been said that incompetent tile installation will make good tile look bad, but I must say that your expert installation makes my work look even better. I appreciate the way that you worked with Gray La Fortune at the Ceramic Tile Institute to assure the highest quality in materials in installation.

Also, thank you for adjusting your busy schedule to work within the winter storms we have been having. The window of opportunity for the installation was perfect for setting tile.
